It is quite clear to me, that if our Congressmen and
Senators all sat down , read, and understood the Constitution of The
United States, that the war on drugs would be over in a matter of
days.
After all, federal laws against drugs are totally unconstitutional.
That is a State issue, if you read and understand the constitution. If
that happened, our Government would be building rehab centers instead
of prisons. Our schools would be teaching our children the truth
instead of the lies they are teaching now. Then kids wouldn't have to
go out and try drugs to learn the truths about which ones they were
lied to about. Policemen, when called by parents concerned over their
kids using drugs, could help get kids to doctors for help when bad
drugs have been used.
If our elected officials were that smart, then drug use in this
country would go way down for sure.

JUST SAY NO !
As an Ordained Minister and a patriotic American, I say it is time to
just say NO to the war on drugs ! Yes, drugs are bad and hurt lives,
but the truly bad drugs should be a health issue, not a legal
one.
As a minister, I have been told by several people with chemical drug
addictions, that they would try to get help if they weren't afraid of
being arrested. But as for the legal side of it, the war on drugs is
unconstitutional. The men that wrote the Constitution of the United
States were an extremely intelligent group of men. They wrote it the
way they did so that our government could never have too much power
over the individual states or our rights as Americans. After all, to
form this government, they were declaring war against their existing
government of Great Britain. The Constitution clearly states
that federal law covers this, that, and the other. ALL other
laws are to be made on a state to state basis. drugs... are
not covered in this, that, and the other.
So by our constitution it is clear that our Government had no
Constitutional right to make federal laws against drugs. Hemp,
nowadays more commonly known as marijuana, and a big part of the war
on drugs where I live, is what was used to make the paper that the
Constitution of the United States is printed on. It was also used for
the Declaration of Independence. Thomas Jefferson risked being
beheaded by going to China and smuggling hemp seed out. Benjamin
Franklin started the first paper mill in America, and it was all made
with hemp. Our forefathers saw it as the most important plant on the
planet. Yes, including all 56 of the men that signed The Declaration
of Independence. Without it, we never would have won the war against
Britain. Wars were fought over hemp, I was taught about it in school
and you probably were too if you were listening. The first hemp law in
this country did not come in the 1980's with the war on drugs. The
first laws on hemp in this country were passed in 1783. They were
'must grow' laws ! If you were a farmer living in this country and
you didn't grow hemp, you would be jailed or kicked out of the country
as a non- patriot.
In fact, hemp was legal tender ( Money ) in all of America from 1631
through the early 1800's. Learn about these and many other hemp facts
by reading the book " The Emperor Wears No Clothes " by Jack
Herer, a book about American hemp history. ( or online at:

I bring this up now because on 9/4/2002, I was the victim of a
terrorist attack ! The terrorists were ALL New York State Troopers.
The troopers were well aware that I am disabled. They were also aware
that pulling into my driveway with more than one police car, would set
off my disabilities in a heartbeat. That said, an out-and-out
terrorist attack is the ONLY reason that they were there. I am still
trying to calm down enough to figure out what to do about this attack.
It has made me very sick and I have been unable to leave my yard ever
since for fear of being attacked again by the terrorists on the
road. ( Update ! I have figured out what to do, stand proud as an
American ! I was in the right that day. It was the police in the
wrong ! ) My land was invaded, and there was NO reason for police
to have been at my house that day. I don't grow hemp and hemp growers
is what they were looking for. I saw more laws broken by state
troopers that day, than I have broken in the last 41 years by far ! (
I am 41 year old ) They broke trespassing laws, civil rights laws,
Federal Aviation laws, twice state police slandered my name in front
of witnesses. The list goes on... but I am stopping here. The only
New York State Trooper that wasn't rude to me or my family of all of
the ones we talked to that day, was Officer Van Zandt. If it wasn't
for him, I would have NO respect for any state troopers at this time
in my local area. So to Officer Van Zandt, I am sorry if I was rude to
you ! So America, ..... It is time to just say no to this 20+ year
long war against God and the American people as a whole. You know the
God, it is the one on your money.
Genesis 1:29
"And God said behold, I have
given you every plant yielding seed which is upon all of the face of
the Earth, and every tree with seed in it's fruit; you shall have them
for food."
Not only does hemp have seeds, scientist say that
hemp seeds are one of the two most nutritious food sources known to
man ! So be an American and, or a true Christian, and just say no
to this war against our Constitution and God !
Since this attack I have been asking local people
this question: Have you personally felt more terrorized in your life
by Osama Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, or the New York State police ?
The responses that I have received at this point are 50+ people
said,.. state police. One said none of the above, and one just wanted
to talk about all of the law the police break. So far, no one that I
have talked to has named either of the other two men when asked that
question. That to me is sad, living less then 300 miles from where the
Twin Towers once stood. So America it is time to take our Great
Nation back and give it back to the people and just say no !

the 56 men that signed our Declaration of Independence. There
story is on my page about terrorism. After all, if you believe in what
our current Government is doing, than those 56 men were all
terrorists. I personally think our current Government is in the wrong,
not those 56 men ! Without the 'Hemp' plant ( put here by 'God' ) and
those 56 brave men, The United states of America, would not be here
today.
Please
remember, America will only be free for as
long as American citizens will stand and be brave.
(
Side note: I use the word 'Hemp' in this story. To those of you that
don't know what hemp is, it is what the police and law makers call 'marijuana'.
I don't call it that much because 'marijuana' is a slang word, the
same way 'Pot' is used as a slang word for hemp now here in America.
The word 'marijuana' was never used in this Country until the 1930's,
started by an organized crime mentality for personal gain. They did
this to get laws passed against the #1 plant in the country 'Hemp'.
At that time, hemp, or the cannabis plant ( hemp and cannabis are the
same thing ) was in 80+% of ALL human medicines. FACT ! To learn
more, please read "The Emperor Wears No Clothes", a book on American
Hemp history written by Jack Herer. found online at:
jackherer.com
After all, laws against 'Hemp' are 100% UNCONSTITUTIONAL. This side
note is for those of you that didn't know that hemp, marijuana,
cannabis, and pot, are all the same thing. I bring this to you
because, my socials studies teacher told my class that 'Hemp' and
'marijuana' were totally different plants. He lied or was
misinformed, they are one in the same. )

( FYI-To
Serve And Protect Is Just A Myth ):
Police have no legal duty to respond and prevent crime or protect the
victim !
There have BEEN OVER 10 various supreme and state court cases the
individual has never won. Notably, the Supreme Court STATED about the
responsibility of police for the security of your family and loved
ones is "You, and only you, are responsible for your security and the
security of your family and loved ones.
That was the essence of a U.S. Supreme Court decision in the early
1980's when they ruled that the police do not have a duty to protect
you as an individual, but to protect society as a whole."
