Last week I wrote - Editor's Note Regarding the 2 stories above:  Yes the war on drugs is Un-Constitutional. And no our Congressmen and Senators don't have the Constitutional right to use your tax dollars to stop sick Americans from getting their medicines.  Especially when it say 'In God We Trust' on our money and the medicine is one of God's plants.

 As for what God might think of this, you don't have to read your Bible passed the first chapter for the answer to that question. Genesis 1:29 "And God said behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed which is upon all of the face of the Earth, and every tree with seed in it's fruit; you shall have them for food."
 Not only does hemp have seeds, scientist say that hemp seeds are one of the two
most nutritious food sources known to man.
  This leave us with a couple of things to think about...

Either a majority of our Congressmen and Senators haven't read and/or don't understand our Constitution (Americas base law that they are ALL sworn to know and protect)... OR... They are out to destroy our Democracy and take most of our freedoms away.  Before you decide which... Maybe you should read this next story.

As for your Bible quote, "Genesis 1:29"  Note that it says "have them for food," not smoke them.  On the other hand, I agree 100% that the government should stay the hell out of people's medical decisions, especially in these cases...

My Reply - (in part)
As for "you shall have them as food"... The hemp plant can be eaten or smoked, not just smoked. In the young stage of the plant... There is NO THC (the so called drug in the plant) just good healthy food !
As for medicinal use... You can eat the buds with almost the same affect as smoking them, (it takes less when consumed with fatty foods like alcohol or butter) that is if you can keep any food down...
